Do you accept returns?
Yes β we accept returns for online purchases only, within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all accessories and documentation.
Please note:
Our return policy does not apply to in-person purchases, such as those made at our physical location or events.
This is in accordance with UK consumer law, which does not require returns for face-to-face sales unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose (as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment methods.
We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
Do you offer payment plans or deposits?
Currently, we do not offer instalment plans or hold items on deposit. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

Yes β we ship worldwide, with secure, fully insured delivery. All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders: 2β4 business days
International orders: 5β10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Are your watches serviced before sale?
Yes β every watch is professionally inspected and serviced before being listed for sale to ensure optimal performance.
Are your watches authentic?
Absolutely. All timepieces sold by Gurger Ltd are authentic and verified. We provide full transparency on condition, provenance, and service history.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes β each watch comes with a 1-year mechanical warranty covering movement-related faults (excluding accidental damage or misuse).

Can I view watches in person?
Yes β youβre welcome to visit us at our boutique within Grays Antique Market, Mayfair. We accept both walk-ins and private appointments.

Can I request a strap change or resizing?
Yes β we offer strap adjustments, replacements, and resizing as part of our sales service. Please enquire during or after purchase.
Do you offer engraving or personalisation?
Currently, we do not offer custom engraving on watches.
